Step 1

Initial Inquiry:

When you first inquire, you will receive an email with a pricing guide with more details on our pricing and packages. If you feel like we are a good fit we’ll move on to the next step!

Step 2

Meeting or Phone Call:

We will move forward setting up a time to meet in person or talk on the phone to chat about the details of the wedding and learn more about each other! (We also love to give a little gift to those of you who take the time out of your day to meet!)

Step 3

Contract + Deposit

Once you decide that we are a good fit and want to work with us, we will start the booking process! We use a great online portal for our clients that has everything important in one place! (Contract, invoices, galleries, etc.)

We ask for a 30% deposit and signed contract to hold your date. Once these two things are taken care of, you are officially booked with us!!

Step 4

Welcome Gift!

Once you are booked with us, we will send over a fun and practical welcome gift that includes a 75 page magazine full of wedding tips and inspiration from us and our past clients! It is seriously so helpful and all of our clients rave about how they have loved looking through it!

STEP 5

your Portrait Sessions

The fun begins! Now we get to plan your engagement session and bridal portraits (if you choose to do them)! We will plan out a location together, a time that works for everyone, and I will also help with any outfit questions or ideas you may have. Your engagement session is one of the best parts of the engagement season (in my opinion!) and we do our best to get your gallery to you as quickly as possible- especially for save the dates!

Step 6

Plan the timeline + Remaining Balance

We will send over a questionnaire with details regarding the timeline of the wedding day, a family shot list, and other important information that we need to know. From there we will create a photo timeline and shot list specific for your wedding (We will work with the planner on this if you have hired one)! Your remaining balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Step 7

WEDDING DAY!

The moment you’ve been waiting for! Your wedding day will fly by. Our best advice to you is to enjoy the day, don’t worry about the small stuff, and trust those you’ve hired to make the day run smoothly for you!

Step 8

Gallery delivered!

We deliver all of our galleries no more than 6 weeks after your wedding date. We strive to get galleries to our couples as quickly as possible, while still maintaining high quality images. You will be able to download, share and print from your gallery, and it’s such a fun way to see all your images in one place. After your gallery has been delivered we will send out a USB with images as well.

Step 9

Album Design

We include albums in several of our packages, but if you package didn’t come with one, you can order and design one with us any time after your wedding! I always tell couples to put an item on their registry that is money to put towards an album or to cover the cost completely. It is so valuable to have your precious memories stored this way and to be able to pass down to generations. We will ask you to choose your top 100 images from your gallery, then design your first proof. From there you will let us know any adjustments you want, and we will send over a final proof for approval. Your album will be delivered to you within 2 weeks of your approval!
